The next ten years Abby served as the Assessment Director for a consulting firm specializing in succession and search in the church and not-for-profit sector. This role included on-sight assessments, profile development, assessing candidates, and staff and team development.

“At nineteen years of age and a freshmen in college, I was assigned the task of developing a vision statement for my life. A daunting task to be sure, but I still remember writing, ‘I want to help others come alive to who they are meant to be.’ Although I had no idea the road ahead, my guiding passion to come alongside others in an effort to help them uncover their sense of calling and purpose has been threaded through my life journey and undoubtedly will continue to be so.”

Abby is a wife to Michael and mother to Harper, Everett and Leo. They are nestled into a wonderful community on the north side of Indianapolis where the cornfields still abound.
